Πρόσκληση στην 2η e-εκδήλωση του Ελληνικού Παραρτήματος ΑΕΕ
Αγαπητά μέλη και φίλοι του Ελληνικού Παραρτήματος του Association of Energy Engineers,
σας προσκαλούμε να συμμετάσχετε στη 2η διαδικτυακή συνάντηση του Ελληνικού Παραρτήματος του Association of Energy Engineers με θέμα: «Η επαγγελματική διάσταση των Πιστοποιητικών CEA και CEM».
Η διαδικτυακή συνάντηση θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Παρασκευή 16 Μαρτίου 2018 στις 15:00.
Επίσημος καλεσμένος είναι Samer Zawaydeh, ο οποίος θα παρουσιάσει τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα οφέλη που προκύπτουν για τις εταιρείες και τους οργανισμούς που αποφασίζουν να εφαρμόσουν ένα σύστημα ενεργειακής διαχείρισης καθώς και το ρόλο που έχει ένας πιστοποιημένος CEM ή CEA μηχανικός στις διαδικασίες αυτές. Επίσης, θα μας παρουσιάσει μέσω σχετικών παραδειγμάτων, τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αυτές οι πιστοποιήσεις μπορούν να ενισχύσουν την επαγγελματική κατάρτιση των μηχανικών.
Στη διαδικτυακή συνάντηση συμμετέχει και η Δρ. Αλεξάνδρα Παπαδοπούλου, η οποία θα παρουσιάσει το πλαίσιο της εθνικής νομοθεσίας σε σχέση με τις υποχρεώσεις των εταιρειών και των οργανισμών να εφαρμόσουν συστήματα ενεργειακής διαχείρισης, καθώς και τη σύνδεση των πιστοποιήσεων CEM και CEΜ με την εθνική νομοθεσία που αφορά στα προσόντα των ενεργειακών ελεγκτών.
Η διάρκεια της συνάντησης θα είναι 90 λεπτά, ενώ η επίσημη γλώσσα είναι η αγγλική.

Eng. Samer Zawaydeh, Msc, CRM, REP AEE Secretary (2017-2018) AEE Assistant Director for International Membership Development for Special Projects
Eng. Samer Zawaydeh is an Independent Engineer internationally recognized energy expert with 27 years of management experience around the world. He worked in the extra heavy steel structure fabrication of power stations and refineries worldwide and on developing several wind energy projects in Jordan. He is also working on energy efficiency and renewable energy utility scale PV projects development with large consumers and industrial entities. He worked with several private and international donor agencies like USAID, GIZ, EU on conducting energy audits for buildings, proposing energy conservation methods and implementing energy retrofit projects.
This includes coordination between contractors, consultants and different stakeholders, developing site specific energy efficiency programs, maintaining strong professional networks with project team to ensure that scope, time and cost is achieve with high quality deliverables. And he conducted several in depth studies on energy and water sectors and the green economy. He developed training programs and trained over 17,000 people since 2012 in Jordan. The topics that included renewable energy and energy efficiency regulatory framework, project development, best practices, carbon emissions and climate change. He is a public speaker and a certified Carbon Reduction Manager, Renewable Energy Professional, and holds several other certifications.
He continuously works on energy awareness, capacity building and developing clean energy projects that are secure and affordable. He is a committed volunteer to the development of the energy sector locally, regionally and around the world through the Association of Energy Engineers network. He served as president of the Jordan Energy Chapter (2015-2017), assistance director for international membership development for Middle East (2012-2014) and assistance director for international membership development for special project (2014-Present), AEE Secretary (2017-2018), Carbon Reduction Manager Certification Board Chairman (2018-2020). In addition, he founded four student chapters locally and helped in the start-up of three chapters regionally.
Dr. Alexandra Papadopoulou
Chemical Engineer

Dr. Alexandra Papadopoulou is a Chemical Engineer with a M.Sc in Energy Production and Management and a PhD on “Decision Support Systems promoting energy efficiency in the modern energy sector”. She is highly familiarized with the energy planning context at the local / regional and national level and has in depth knowledge of energy efficiency tools (market, legislative, institutional and technical) and policies on a European level.
She has in depth knowledge of the related to the Covenant of Mayors procedures, such as development of Baseline Emission Inventories (BEIs), Sustainable Energy Action Plans and Monitoring Reports, while she has closely worked with a number of municipalities for the preparation of their SEAPs.
She has extensive experience on data collection strategies and approaches regarding the development of BEIs and national energy balances. Moreover, she is highly literate, as regards the financing mechanisms available for energy efficiency projects (TPF, BOT, ESCOs).
Dr. Papadopoulou has 13 years of working and research experience in the energy sector, while she has a strong management background through her engagement as Project Manager in a series of national and European projects. In the above mentioned fields she has more than 40 scientific publications in international journals with reviewers, announcements in international conferences and chapters in books.
